RYO ITABASHI です。Rebuild Factoryz inc. の創業者・Creative Director で、ブランディングとデザインを本業としています。芸術修士（MFA）。コードは書かず、AI コーディングエージェントを指揮して、Android 向けのオープンソースのターミナル兼 AI エージェント実行環境 Shelly と、分割レイアウトの Android キーボード Nacre を作っています。

本業はブランディングとデザインで、コードは本業ではありません。製品のコードを私が手で書くことはなく、実装は AI コーディングエージェント（Claude Code、Codex）に任せています。何を作り、何を捨て、どのリスクを許し、何をもって完了とするかの判断は、私が持ちます。

中心のプロジェクトは Shelly。bash・Node.js・Python・git をアプリに同梱し、スマホの上でエージェントをスケジュール実行する、Android 向けのオープンソースの AI ターミナル兼エージェント実行環境です。2026-03-04 から 2026-11-04 までに 2,830 コミット、バージョン付きリリース 21 件。Galaxy Z Fold6 一台を前提に設計し、その実機で検証しています（N=1）。Shelly のスクリーンショットに写っているキーボードは、スマホでの入力の問題を解くために同じく AI で作った分割レイアウトの Android IME、Nacre です。

Production code is not hand-written: implementation is delegated to AI coding agents (Claude Code and Codex), while the decisions — what to build, what to cut, which risks are acceptable, and when something counts as done — stay with RYO ITABASHI.

The main project is Shelly, an open-source AI terminal and agent runtime for Android that ships bash, Node.js, Python and git inside the app and runs agents on a schedule on the phone itself.
