Privacy
This policy explains how RYO ITABASHI (“I”) handles information on this site (https://ryoitabashi.github.io). It is short because the site collects very little.
The inquiry form
The contact page embeds a form provided by Tally (Tally BV, EU-based; Tally states that form data is stored in the EU). When you open the contact page, your browser loads the form from tally.so, so Tally receives your IP address and technical data such as your browser and device information, even if you don’t submit anything.
What is collected
The fields of the form: your name, reply email, inquiry type, organization, a relevant URL, the outcome you want, timing, budget range, reply language, where you heard about this site, and anything else you write. I receive the submission content available to me through Tally, which can include technical details Tally records with a submission (for example the submission time).
Who processes it
Submissions are processed by Tally and its subprocessors as needed to provide the form, store the responses and notify me of new ones. They are not sold and not used for advertising.
Purpose
I use the information only to read and reply to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with anyone else except the processors above or where required by law.
Retention
- No automatic deletion is configured.
- I review stored inquiries at least once a year and delete them manually within 12 months after the last exchange.
- Deleted Tally responses may remain in Tally’s trash or backups for about 90 days before they are gone.
- Information that becomes part of a contract or an accounting record is kept for as long as the law requires.
Deletion and corrections
To have your inquiry deleted or corrected, send a request through the same form (choose “Other” as the inquiry type) and say which submission it concerns.
Analytics and cookies
This site itself sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Tally form on the contact page may use cookies or browser storage that its service needs to work. If cookie-free analytics is added later, this page will name the provider and what it records before it is enabled.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub may log your IP address, device and browser information, the referring page, the pages you request and the time of each request, as described in GitHub’s privacy statement.
Links
Links to other sites (GitHub, X, Zenn, dev.to and others) are governed by those sites’ own policies.
